This is a cookbook about migration politics. It consists of a collection of recipes from among other places Eritrea, Thailand, Palestine, Morocco, Afghanistan, and Iran.
All the recipes are made by asylum seekers and refugees from Trampoline House’s Women’s Club, and are accompanied by interviews with the cooks, who share some of their life experiences, thoughts, and stories.
The cookbook is available in both English and Danish. It costs DKK 99 – or 139 if you also want to include a donation to Trampoline House.
You can buy the book in Trampoline House on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays at 1-7 pm, or order it below and have it sent by mail – in which case shipping costs are added (DKK 32 to Danish addresses and DKK 50 to EU addresses)
