Two food lovers, Jonas Højland and Mik Fabricius, open up a pop-up restaurant for a single night, where all profits go to Trampoline House!

For this special occasion only, 8 skilled chefs and gastronomes will create an exquisite 8-course gourmet menu with wine menu.

Get a unique and different restaurant experience in urban and rustic settings at Rebel Food in the old food market in Valby, and support Trampoline House by doing it.

All profits from the dinner can cover the 10,000 servings of food that is served every year for Trampoline House's communal dinners.
