get 'praktik' (job training)


If you are an asylum seeker, a rejected asylum seeker, or a refugee with asylum in Denmark, you can get 'praktik' (job training) in Trampoline House if you live relatively close to Copenhagen.

'Praktik' in the house can help you:

  • develop your skills

  • improve your Danish

  • prepare you to get a real job or get ready for school

  • get started with your new life in Denmark


Asylum seekers in phase 1, 2, and 3 can get 'praktik' two times per week. The house will cover your travel costs to/from the house two days per week. You can work in our:


Refugees with residence permit can get 'praktik' up to 25 hours per week. You or your municipality should cover your travel costs to/from the house. You can do 'praktik' in all departments of the house:

  • office administration
  • PR & Communication
  • programs and special events
  • tailor shop
  • Women's Club
  • and much more...
