This is a cookbook about migration politics. It consists of a collection of recipes from among other places Eritrea, Thailand, Palestine, Morocco, Afghanistan, and Iran.
All the recipes are made by asylum seekers and refugees from Trampoline House’s Women’s Club, and are accompanied by interviews with the cooks, who share some of their life experiences, thoughts, and stories.
The cookbook is available in both English and Danish. It costs 99 kr. (€13.50). You also have the option of adding a donation of 40 kr. (€5) to Trampoline House.
