Board of directors

Trampoline House is a self-governing institution with a board of directors. The current board includes the following board members:

CHAIR PERSON:

Else Marie Bukdahl
Dr. Phil. Affiliated Professor of Art of Technology, Aalborg University.
Former director of the Royal Danish Academy of Fine Arts.

BOARD MEMBERS:

Silja Nyboe Andersen
Manager, Active Philanthropy.
Competencies/previous experiences: Silja is an avid connector with a personal mission to develop creative initiatives that spark conversation and inspire action for positive social and environmental change. Silja works for Active Philanthropy where she is responsible for conceptualizing and running impact programs for next generation family business members. Silja has a wealth of experience from her four years at The Big Issue, one of the most disruptive social businesses in the UK. In addition, she is a Director of a family owned sustainable forestry company.
Education: MSc in Economics from University of Copenhagen with courses from LSE and CBS.

Rasmus Dilling
Chief Marked Manager, EU and International Law, COWI A/S.
Competencies/previous experiences: Attorney-at-law, Project Manager at the EU European Environment Agency, international consultant in contract law, environmental law, democratization, human rights, good governance, and institutional capacity-building.
Education: Ph.D., LL.M, and LL.B with specialization in EU and International law. Admitted to the Danish Bar Association.

Britta Borch Egevang
Executive Director, Djøf (career counseling, events unit, mentor program, network services, training center).
Competencies/previous experiences: HR Director and responsible for corporate communications, VKR/VELUX. Many years of experience, in particular within strategy development and implementation, Corporate Governance, CSR, board reporting, branding, M & A integration processes. Development of SME’s and family business.
Education: MA, Communications (University of Copenhagen), Executive board program, IMD and Insead leadership training.

David Mpagi
Entrepreneur, seeking asylum
in Denmark.

Birger Erich Ringstoft
Director of Insurance, PenSam (PenSam Insurance).
Competencies/previous experiences: Head of product development, E-business and Business Intelligence, Nykredit Insurance. Many years of experience, in particular within strategy and business development, economy, business intelligence, sales, product development.
Education: MSc in Actuarial Science (University of Copenhagen), Graduate Diploma in Business Administration (Copenhagen Business School), International Executive Program (Insead).

Poul Roepstorff
Retired lawyer (H).
Competencies/previous experiences: Real estate problems, family related problems, cases in court (procedure).
Education: Law candidate, University of Copenhagen (1959).

Michael Staal
Freelance business manager, mentor, consultant, and board member.
Competencies/previous experiences:
CEO experience from managing, scaling, and transforming companies, international enterprises, start-ups, and family owned businesses (eg VELUX). Aligning go-to market strategies with manufacturing, supply chain/ logistics, IT, organization/management/HR, communication strategies. Implementing strategies with the organization and achieving great results in different industries and service sectors in Europe.
Education: Bachelor Business Administration complemented by a variety of ongoing specific training and education activities.
