We each have our fields of expertise, but together we can do so much more. As our strategic partner, you can help us develop and advocate Trampoline House's mission by venturing on joint projects with us. That benefits you as well as us.

Below, you can read about our current partnerships. If you want to learn more, please contact Administrative Director Morten Goll.

Matching asylum seekers with jobs

In 2016, the cutting edge consultancy company Qvartz started a close collaboration with Trampoline House in an effort to pave the way for asylum seekers into the jobmarket. Qvartz did a white paper on how to match refugees with jobs and developed a tailormade skills assessment tool for us that we use to explore the many hidden qualifications among the people of Trampoline House. And on top of that, they took on Ismail, an IT-educated man from Sudan, who was seeking asylum in Denmark at the time.

Qvartz still remain a valuable partner for Trampoline House with whom we share ideas and knowledge to better the possibilities of asylum seekers and refugees in Denmark.

Taking Trampoline House to the next level

Without a doubt, LG Insight is one of Denmark's most well-respected and knowing consultancy companies within the field of integration. LG Insight has developed some of the most influential and effective solutions in regard to integration of refugees with the Danish society.

In 2016, Trampoline House and LG Insight started a trustful and warm relationship to offer the Danish municipalities even better integration efforts and to develop a more financially sustainable organization. Today, LG Insight is the qualifying evaluator and strategic adviser on our project Next Practice that aims at easing the way for asylum seekers to the job market.

Mentoring highly educated asylum seekers

Representing more than 90,000 members, Djøf is Denmark's main union for professionals with educational and work backgrounds in law, business economics, and political and social sciences.

Recognizing that many people who come to Denmark have skills and talents that are simply not put to use, Djøf decided in 2016 to venture into unkown territories and start Denmark's only mentor network for asylum seekers and refugees with Trampoline House.

Since then, 23 asylum seekers and refugees with relevant backgrounds from Trampoline House have been matched with mentors who offer to transfer knowledge and experience in order to help their mentees navigate the Danish job market.

Advocating and supporting our cause

Greenspeak is not like any other telecom company we know. Since 2015, the dedicated team behind the company has offered their customers to support a good cause when signing up for a mobile phone subscription. Simply because it makes sense to make a difference.

We have been teamed up with this unusual phone company from their very beginning, meaning that if you choose Trampoline House as your charitable cause when you sign up with Greenspeak, they donate DKK 100 to Trampoline House right away. And even better, you also get to vote on the distributions of Greenspeak's surplus and thus get to influence the decision to support Trampoline House even more. Now, that's pretty smart, right?!
