Where does the money go?
All purchases will help fund the work of the organization:

If you’ve paid for shipment, we will send you your order as soon as possible within our opening hours. Please note, however, that life in an asylum center is very unpredictable, and sometimes that affects how quickly we manage to follow up on gift shop orders.
Print-at home items such as gift certificates are delivered by email shortly after you purchase them. Physical products will be sent to you by regular post unless you chose to pick it up in Trampoline House yourself.

Cancellation and return policy
If you buy a physical product, you have the right to change your mind and return it within 14 days after you receive it.
If you have bought a non-physical product that is delivered immediately upon purchase, such as a gift certificate, your purchase cannot be cancelled.
If you have booked a service such as presentations or rental of the house, you can cancel your order without further payment by contacting us no later than 7 days before the date of the service of your booking. If you cancel later than 7 days before the due date, we charge 25% of the full amount.
If you have booked an event with food, e.g. a cooking workshop, your purchase cannot be cancelled. We reserve the right to cancel workshops and other events that do not acquire the necessary number of participants 3 days before it is to take place.
You will receive a receipt by e-mail immediately after a purchase has been made in our gift shop. If you’ve selected to pick up your items yourself in Trampoline House, you can do so after receiving your order confirmation. When you pick up your order, please inform us of your order number or your name and email so that we know you've collected it.
If you have booked a service such as catering, presentations or rental of the house, we will contact you as soon as possible in order to confirm your order and, if necessary, settle any further details.
Registration of information
Trampoline House registers the information that has been submitted in connection with the purchase. The information is not disclosed, but Trampoline House stores the information for five years in regard to accounting. Trampoline House uses logs on the website. These log files are used to record which choices the user makes on the page. When payments are made by credit card, registration is made through a secure server where the information is encrypted.
