This Saturday, Trampoline House's catering service Sisters' Cuisine launches their new cookbook Recipes Without Borders!

A cookbook about migration politics

The cookbook is both about food and migration politics. It consists of a collection of recipes from among other places Eritrea, Thailand, Palestine, Morocco, Afghanistan, and Iran. 

All the recipes are made by asylum seekers and refugees from Trampoline House’s Women’s Club, and are accompanied by interviews with the cooks, who share some of their life experiences, thoughts, and stories.

The book is available in both English and Danish.

Book launch this Saturday

Please join os for the book launch this Saturday, March 11 at 2-5 pm! At the book launch, you will be able to see and buy the book, meet the chefs and taste some of their delicious snacks.

The event is open for anyone who's interested even though Trampoline House is normally only open for women on Saturdays.

På lørdag udgiver Trampolinhusets cateringservice Sisters' Cuisine deres nye kogebog Opskrifter uden grænser!

En migrationspolitisk kogebog

Kogebogen handler både om mad og migrationspolitik. Den indeholder en samling af opskrifter fra bl.a. Eritrea, Thailand, Palæstina, Marokko, Afghanistan og Iran.

Alle opskrifterne er lavet af asylansøgere og flygtninge fra Trampolinhusets Kvindeklub og er ledsaget af interviews med kokkene, der deler nogle af deres livserfaringer, tanker og historier.

Bogen udkommer både på dansk og på engelsk.

Bog launch nu på lørdag

Kom og vær med til bogudgivelsen nu på lørdag d. 11. marts kl. 14-17! Til bogudgivelsen får du mulighed for at se og købe bogen, møde kokkene, og smage nogle af deres lækre snacks.

Eventet er åbent for alle, selvom Trampolinhuset normalt kun har åbent for kvinder om lørdagen.
