The mission of the Trampoline House Senior Club is to create a safe, warm, and highly inclusive multicultural environment for all seniors in Denmark, regardless of their background. We combat loneliness and social isolation by gathering older adults every Saturday morning to build cross-cultural friendships, share meaningful conversations over coffee, and enjoy a vibrant community where everyone feels valued and important.
Our vision is to build a thriving, supportive community where diversity is celebrated, and aging is met with joy, vitality, and connection. We aspire to be a place where seniors actively enhance their physical, mental, and social well-being, while gaining the confidence to navigate modern daily life in Denmark together.

Digital Navigation Support: Practical, hands-on guidance for everyday digital tools like MitID, e-Boks, smartphones, and public platforms like borger.dk.
Community Cooking: Shared meal preparation and cooking sessions featuring traditional recipes from various countries, complete with light refreshments like sandwiches.
Volunteer & Partnership Opportunities
To keep our vibrant community running, we are actively looking for passionate individuals who want to support seniors in Denmark. Whether you can commit regularly or want to host a single session, we welcome your unique talents. We are looking for:
Passionate Volunteers: Anyone with a warm heart and a strong willingness to support seniors.
Skilled Professionals: Experts who want to give back to the community using their professional skills.
Fellow Pensioners: Retiring doesn't mean your knowledge stops. We invite fellow pensioners to share their valuable life and career experiences.
Propose a 1-Hour Session
We welcome guest hosts to run 1-hour activities during our Saturday gatherings. You can propose a session in areas such as:
Games & Entertainment: Hosting trivia, board game tournaments, or bingo nights.
Physiotherapy & Wellness: Leading gentle movement, stretching, or physical wellness sessions.
Authors & Researchers: Sharing insights from books, scientific topics, or historical findings.
Cultural Dialogue & Art: Leading creative workshops, drawing sessions, or discussions on global cultures.
Culinary Arts: Demonstrating international recipes, kitchen hacks, or food traditions.
Storytelling Workshops: Facilitating interactive sessions where seniors can write or share their personal narratives.
Practical Information
All seniors living in Denmark—regardless of cultural or linguistic background.
When: Every Saturday from 9 AM to 2 PM
Where: Trampolinhuset, Lundtoftegade 23, 2200 København N.
Cost: Free admission; coffee, tea, and light refreshments/sandwiches are provided whenever possible.
